Steps For Beginners
1. Browse The Themes at the official Wordpress Theme Site.
2. Send us the name of your chosen theme by replying to the email with login info we sent you at setup. We'll reply back when it's added.
3. Login to your Blog and Activate the new Theme by clicking the thumbnail preview, then click the "Activate ... " link in the upper right. That's it, enjoy your new look!

Steps for Advanced Users (who know FTP)
1. Browse The Themes at the official Wordpress Theme Site, download your favorite by clicking the "Download" button to the right. Save to your Desktop and double-click to un-zip it.
2.Upload the theme folder into your wp-content/themes directory. Login to your blog, click Appearance -> Themes to see the new theme.
3. Login to your Blog and Activate the new Theme by clicking the thumbnail preview, then click the "Activate ... " link in the upper right.
That's it! And you can add multiple themes if you wish!
