Monitor your bandwidth usage in the opening page of the Control Panel. Bandwidth is a reflection of how much data your account passes through the server. OLI has a general limit of 10,000 mb per month for most accounts or 25,000 for FTP Accounts, but we don't strickly enforce this unless a service is consuming too much of the server's resources.
When an account does start to consume too much of the server's resources, that's when it's time to look at a dedicated server provider like Publish247.com.
