The
fastest way to implement a counter on your home page is to use our pre-installed Counter Script.
Important Note: Do not add the counter if you're using an index.cgi file in your Web folder. This is because the counter script would replace that file with its own index.cgi. Also, this script will only place the counter on your home page. if you want the counter placed on another page or you have an index.cgi file already created, then you should not use this counter but choose one of the many free counters available through third-party providers (listed on Google.com etc.).
To add the counter, simply click the link that says "Add counter" in the Control Panel. We recommend always using the "custom" option so you can choose where the counter will appear.
