The Web-based FTP software works with every browser we've ever tested, on PC, Mac and Linux. It's universal :-)
You'll find your "Server Name" in the the Control Panel (login arrives with your setup email).

After your login, you'll see folders and files. Download a file by clicking the box next to the name, then click "Download." It's that easy!
Navigate to a folder by clicking the folder link. You can upload to a folder by clicking the folder name to open it, then click upload.

Upload multiple files at the same time. After you click browse, the regular "open file" window appears on your computer, find and select your file, then click "Upload."
