Note if you have a website setup at your Domain, then do not change your DNS, instead you'll change just your MX Record as described Here.
Setup Info in Three Steps:
FIRST: Re-create any existing POP and forwarding email accounts in the Control Panel:

Use the Login info that was emailed to you.
- Under EMAIL CONTROLS, click "Email Transfer Instructions" for full instructions
- Then read Email Setup info and create your email accounts under the "Administer email accounts" link in the Control Panel.
SECOND:
the domain owner must login to your domain name registration account (whoever registered this domain will have access to this) and change your domain's Name Servers (DNS) to:
ns.olicentral.com
ns2.olicentral.com
ns3.olicentral.com
ns4.olicentral.com
THIS CHANGE CAN TAKE 24-48 HOURS TO ACTIVATE.
After the Name Server change is complete, your accounts will be up and running on our servers within 48 hours.
THIRD: 24 to 48 hours after you complete the above step, you may use your accounts on our server. Use your regular email software to send and receive email. You can also access your accounts via our Webmail system here:
