Congratulations! You are ready to setup your account.

NOTE: If you're moving existing email accounts to our server, read this first.

Create your email accounts in the Control Panel:

- Use the Login info that was emailed to you.
- Under EMAIL CONTROLS, click "Create a new address" for regular email addresses, and click "Forward your email" to create alias or forwarding accounts.

MANDATORY STEP: Contact your Website Host Provider to have them modify your MX record to point mail.your-name.com to YOUR IP NUMBER that was emailed to you.

For instance, if you domain name is jane.com and your ip number is 123.456.7.8, then you would have your web hosting provider list mail.jane.com within your MX record, then within your A Record you want to define mail.jane.com to point to 123.456.7.8.

EMAIL MAY NOT WORK for up to 12 hours (max) after the above step is done (depending on how quickly your MX Record change propogates). If you have any existing email accounts for this domain, then you should re-create them using these instructions.

WEBMAIL NOTE: if you are using a different server for your WebSite (or if you're not using our DNS but instead redirecting the MX record), please contact Support if you want to use WebMail as there's a server adjustment required.

If it has been 12 hours since your IP number was created and your MX record was changed as described above, you may now use your email:
