Email Forwarding (aliases)
Email forwarding accounts, also known as aliases, allow you to forward e-mail from one account to another. They are easy to set up in the Control Panel by clicking the "Email forwarding" link. To forward mail to multiple addresses, separate the addresses with commas. Note that if you want to forward mail from an existing email account, you must first delete the account before you can create it as a forwarding account. Make sure you retrieve any existing email from the account before deleting it. Wait five minutes after deleting it and you will be able to create it as a forwarding account.

Default Forwarding Account (catch-all account)

Your Control Panel login username also becomes the first email account for your domain, which is also your default forwarding account. A default forwarding account collects any email sent to names that are not created for your domain.

If you don't need to collect mail sent to usernames you have not yet created, we recommend turning off this default address. Then mail sent to invalid usernames will bounce back to the sender. You would still receive e-mail sent directly to the default address, just not e-mail sent to invalid usernames. This is a great way to cut back on spam and save space.

Here is how to disable the default forwarding address:
Log into the Control Panel: Then click the Email Forwarding link, then click "Manage default address," you will then be able to disable your default address. It will then stop forwarding you e-mail sent to random usernames or any other address that is not an established email or forwarding address for your domain.
