Working
with FTP:
FTP (File
Transfer Protocol) is a method of transferring files over the Internet.
This will allow you to move files from your computer directly to your
domain on our server. The process is very simple, in fact with just a
little practice you will sending and receiving files in your sleep.
FTP LOGIN: Go to File -> New Connection
Host Name: your domain - like access.oli.us
Login ID: your username
Password: your password
Directory: (can usually be left blank)
EXAMPLE: place file.html in your "www" directory, then view it at (for instance) http://access.oli.us/file.html

Uploading (publishing files on the Web) with FTP:
Macintosh Users should use Fetch
(usually already installed).
PC
Users can use WS_FTP (some prefer the free CoreFTP) . Here are
instructions for WS_FTP to get you started uploading and downloading files to and
from your website:

1:
If you have not already downloaded WS_FTP, you can download it here.
Once you have downloaded the program you must unzip the file using a
utility such as winzip.

Once you have the program installed on your computer, view this
